Villa to Get New Deal?

First off, I'm sorry for the recent lack of updates, but I've been working 12 hours a day for the past week at my uncle's deli, and I haven't really been able to keep track of things as best as I would like.

With that being said:

Valencia is looking to break the bank on Spanish striker David Villa, after his performance in the Euro's made it seem like he was going to be on his way out from the club.

Valencia had previously said that they would never pay a player more then 1.8 million euro a year, but with Liverpool and Chelsea ready to take away their best player, Valencia might be prepared to offer Villa a contract worth 3 million euro a year.

Villa has said that he wants to remain with the club, but sometimes deals are just too good.
