Chelsea Finally Names It's Coach

Since the departure of Avram Grant from Chelsea, there has been much speculation over who would replace him as the coach of Chelsea.

Today Chelsea announced that the Portugal National team coach, Luiz Felipe Scolari will take over on July 1st.

Scolari previously said that he would make a decision on his future after the Euro tournament, so this news comes as a surprise to everyone.

Chelsea released a statement saying, "Felipe has great qualities. He is one of the world's top coaches with a recored of success at country and club level, he gets the best out of a talented squad of players and his ambitions and expectations match ours."

(Maybe this signing with convince Portugal defender Ricardo Carvalho to stay at Chelsea, instead of leaving for Inter as many reports are saying).

I want Carvalho to leave Chelsea. It would be a treat to see him play in the Serie A.
